Dr. McLain brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership, education, strategic planning, and program evaluation experience to her work with aspiring entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations.
With a Doctor of Health Administration, a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, and extensive experience as a graduate-level educator, Dr. McLain combines academic expertise with real-world leadership insight.
Her approach is both results-focused and education-centered. This means clients do not simply receive advice; they gain the knowledge, tools, structure, and confidence to make informed decisions, take meaningful action, and build sustainable success.
